Malaria: Just what you need to know.

Malaria is a life-threatening illness, caused by a female anopheles mosquito with a parasite that carries a disease called malaria. Once the mosquito bites the host (human or animal), the parasite enters the human’s body and starts destroying the blood cells until the person dies, or is cured.
